Не во вторник, а в среду.
"Соревновательным" цветом обозначена обязательная тренировка (имхо)

Илья, я думаю, что просто, Тоди - самый ближайший более-менее крупный населенный пункт, на который проще ориентироваться по карте. Ибо Монтемолино реально непонятно что такое - толи ферма, толи деревня, толи коттеджный поселок в лесу...
Касательно самого участка Тибра, думаю сомнений быть не может: только выше плотины у Монте Молино. Ибо ниже река расширяется и условия ловли были бы неодинаковыми, да и деревьев по берегам - мама не горюй! А выше плотины монтемолинской - деревьев нет, всё чистенько, ровненько и т.д. Думаю сам участок Тибра (у Монте Молино) меняться не будет и определен..

Не нужно завышенных оценок. :-)
Еще не запрягли а уже едем :-)
Вот в пятерку попасть - это нужно будет постараться.

Победить будет очень сложно.Уровень подготовки спортсменов -фидеристов Европы очень высок.
Так как у нас в России это до сих пор не официальная дисциплина по этому и нет еще такого осознанного подхода к делу как у тех же поплавочников.
Да это звучит критично,ну кого увидишь безупречность и полную коплектацию поводков, дублирующих палок и полноценную артелирию кормушек на все случаи жизни.Я знаю точно что некоторые до сих пор выходят к старту с пятью поводками и десятком кормушек.Разными катушками на палках и не умением выставить дистанцию без маркера.
Так же у нас могут возникнуть дисциплинарные проблемы так как до сих пор мы не понимаем что такое судья.
Так что нам будет очень тяжело,даже самым сильным составом,вот почему на мой взгляд важно перед самим выездом общими усилиями укомплектовать каждого из участников по полной и отштудировать правила.
Все личные обиды вон,единство и общее дело должны быть на первом месте.

The Angling Trust is delighted to announce that it has appointed Tom Pickering as the Manager of its new Feeder team, which will compete in the inaugural World Championships in Italy later this year.

This new FIPSed competition will be held as part of the World Angling Games and be fished on the 1st and 2nd of September 2011 on the river Tevere in Perugia, Italy.

Dick Clegg, OBE, International Events Manager said, “It is expected that this event will attract many of the countries affiliated to FIPSed and England need to be involved from the start. Tom’s credentials are ideal for the job and I had no hesitation in asking him to accept the position of Manager. Tom was part of the Nations team for many years and became individual World Champion in Bulgaria in 1989. He was also very successful as the Manager of the Ladies England team, who went on to win 3 team and 3 individual gold medals during his term in office. I know Tom will give 100% to the job and I am sure the team will win medals from the start.”

Tom Pickering, Manager of the Angling Trust England Feeder team stated “I am delighted to be asked to be the Manager of the England Feeder team. I think it is going to be a very exciting time for this new World Championship, and this will give new anglers a chance to fish at the highest level and represent their country. It is my job to build a team and squad for this year and also for the future.

I have started to look at anglers for this year as it is the World Games in Italy, and I hope to announce the team and my coach as soon as possible. I am very excited to be putting the three lions back on the shirt.”

Mark Lloyd, Chief Executive of Angling Trust said “Over the last two years, we have developed new national competitions and it is very exciting now to have a new international competition and team to add to this growth. We wish them all the best in Italy this summer and hope that England will be the first country to have its name on the new trophy.”

вкратце: спортивная общественость Англии крайне взолнована откуда финансирование сборной по фидеру, не в ущерб ли старым дисциплиным, иронизируют по поводу дисциплины как таковой и возможности описать ее в правилах, прогнозируют выделение матча в отдельную дисциплину...

Для участников у организаторов должна быть бронь полюбому,размещение участников-прямая обязанность организаторов

Частный дом по прежнему все еще возможно арендовать, при перерасчете на одного человека получается даже чуть дешевле гостиницы.

The Chairman reminds the loss of the able Secretary and Treasurer Jackie Dupuis, but especially of his friend Jackie, with whom he shared wonderful times and which will represent an important memory to him.
The Board shares the Chairman’s thought.

He remarks that the charge of Treasurer and General Secretary is temporarily recovered by Mrs. Barbara Durante. In April, in occasion of CIPS General Assembly, the FIPSed Assembly will be called in order to change the Statute and to provide the nomination of General Secretary and Treasurer.

Feeder

As from 2012 on, this competition will be held in the 2nd week-end of July. (this date was considered for Veterans in the past).
5 training days.
2 competition days.
Drawing lots will be carried out with one grid during the 1st competition day and by competitors drawing lots carried out by captains in the 2nd competition day, just considering tail-enders and pre-tail enders.
Ranking lists will be linear in competition with no more than 25 participating countries, and with two under-sectors when countries are more than 26.
In case of competitions with less than 20 participating Nations, sectors will not have any separations, or will have a number of separation as little as possible. In championships with more than 20 participating countries, sectors should obligatory be separated by 3 pegs at least.
Trainings on Thursday and on Friday shall be limited to 5 hours of fishing maximum.
Opening ceremony: on Thursday evening at 6:00 pm, maximum 2 hours lasting.
Control of fish nets length: less than 4 meters: warning, yellow card during the competition, even though the net is used for two days. In case the same athlete will be found with a shorter net in occasion of another championship, he will be disqualified.
One angler per sector, drown by lot, will be controlled: length of the fish net and of rod.
It will be allowed to fish without any interruption.
Maximum feeder size shall be 5 cm diameter and 7 cm length.
In order to measure depth before the beginning of the competition, only leads will be allowed (the use of feeder is forbidden).
Heavy baiting is not allowed at the beginning.
Anglers are not allowed to get out of the “boxes” during the preparation.
Minimal size of “Boxes” is 15 meters. 25 meters is the optimum size. The maximum size allowed is of is of 50 meters.
Maximum 12 liters groundbaits and 2,5 liters baits are allowed, ½ of which jokers and/or bloodwarms.
Feeder must freely slide on the line or on the belaying-pin rack fixed on the line, in order to easily make the fish get free in case of breakage.
Hook n. 10 is the maximum size allowed.
When the fish is caught, it must be put in the net before the line is used again for fishing.
Organizing Nations will get charged of anti-doping controls costs.
In case weather conditions does not allow the good course of the event, Jury can decide do cancel one leg. The cancelled one will not be considered. The ranking list will be drawn up according to the leg disputed. The cancelled leg will not be rescued.
At 08:30 pm the President adjourns the meeting.

On November the 20th 2010, at 09:30 am the President reopens the Assembly.

2012 competitions programs

Carnivorous A.B. shore angling: assigned to Poland.
Clubs: assigned to Portugal, the competition shall take place in the first 10 days of June.
Europe: candidature of Spain, the decision will be taken in occasion of the 2011 FIPSed Congress. The competition shall be held in the last week of June.
Appeals to candidatures for Disabled people and Veterans World Championships. These two world competitions will be organized jointly by the same Nations, starting from 2012 in the month of July.
U14, U18, U23: it will be assigned to Slovenia (see venue proposed).
Ladies: it will be given to Bulgaria, on condition that Bulgaria attends the 2011 Ladies Coarse Angling World Championship, according to the rules.
Nations: assigned to Czech Republic.
Trout with Natural Baits: assigned to France. The event must take place closed to May the 15th.
Carnivorous A.B. boat angling: it will be organized by Egypt, on condition that Egypt attends the 2011 Carnivorous Artificial Bait Boat Angling, according to the rules. This championship shall be held by the end of the September.
Black-Bass: assigned to Venezuela.
Carp: assigned to Rumania. This competition must take place by the end of September.
Feeder: assigned to Belgium
