Со всякими добавками надо осторожно, не переборщить, иначе может не получиться, не будет вязкости и клейкости.

Мед я так добавлял - сначала замачивал болтушку на воде, потом перемешивал слегка, а уже потом добавлял мед и окончательно все перемешивал. На густом сиропе манка не разбухнет и не даст клейковины - проверено.

А зачем на густом то?

Взять к примеру ложку столовую из которой только что сам меду хапнул (но не облизал) и прополоскать в полстакане теплой воды после чего на этих прошу прощения помоях развел манку как советует большинство авторов форума - аромат есть, вкус спорный но есть, густота допустимая

Качество манки - это №1. №2 - это вода. С водой из-под крана у меня получается на порядок хуже, чем с профильтрованной и кипячёной - уж больно у нас водопроводная вода хреновая.

Не нужны спиральные крючки - нужно болтушку правмльно замешивать Ложка с горкой (!) манки, ложка воды, 40 минут дать постоять, потом тщательнейшим образом перемешать (минут 10), и загнать в шприц - и будет тебе счастье ... А совсем станет хорошо, если прочитаешь тему "манная болтушка" в насадках

Так я начитавшись этой темы и решил поэкспериментировать с болтушкой, именно по этому рецепту, но только малость сыру плавленного добавил. Не держалась манка на крючке больше двух проводок и так муторно было её после каждого заброса наматывать...

Для меня например болтушка одна из наиболее убойных насадок на карася, когда он переходит на растительную пищу, на нее он клюеет очень стабильно почти везде где он клюет на мучные изделия, так вот для меня такое правило: лучше жиже чем гуще, в сухую я всегда вливаю столько воды, что бы она пропитала всю манку и еще осталась поверх нее на 3-4 мм, жду секунд 5 и сливаю верхнюю воду, все дело я замешиваю палочкой в баночке от витаминов или типа того, на первый взгляд кажется что из этого ничего не получится т.к. слишком много воды, но через 5 минут перемешивания, масса становится однородно-жидкой, когда манка впитает всю воду, потом ставлю ее минут на 10-15 отстояться и опять мешаю, чем дольше мешаю тем гуще она становится, как только она начинает липнуть к палочке она готова, насаживаю так: на палочку накручиваю манку с избытком и отрываю вытягивая ее из банки, остается кончик тонкий, с него начинаю накручивать манку на крючек тонкой ниткой, постепенно обматывая крюк, потом поверх этого слоя наматываю сколько считаю нужным, получается комочек на крючке, пальцами лучше ее не подправлять, сразу прилипнут. Часто из этого комочка крючка вообще не видно, но карась ее всасывает в 5 секунд и уверенно подсекается. В общем болтушка она и есть болтушка, а не тесто, она должна быть такой консистенции, что бы наматываться на крючок, а руками из нее не возможно было слепить шарик. Никогда не добиваюсь что бы она долго не слетала с крючка, когда нет клева, я вытаскиваю снасть даже через 20 мин. и манка болтается на крючке как сопля, НО БОЛТАЕТСЯ, значит держится, а при клеве насадил-поклевка-подсечка-насадил опять и так далее. Ароматизаторы добавляю порошковые перед заливом воды, тут правило лучше меньше чем больше или вообще без них...

А не влияние ли это пресловутых усилителей вкуса, присутствующих в немалых количествах в подобных "бульонах"?

Да конечно в манку можно добавлять все что угодно , но методом проб и ошибок вышел как мне кажется на наиболее верный вариант
1. Манка должна быть с повышенным содержанием клейковины ! ( проверял эксперементально )
2. Вода с водоема на месте где собираемся ловить (правда если замешивать на кипяченой воде то тогда дольше не киснет)
3. Густота лучше жиже чем гуще т.е. так чтобы пальцами невозможно было скатать шарик
4. Можно мешать сколь угодно долго но реально результат дает только отстой в течении получаса тогда готово к применению
Проводил эксперименты на плотве , (т.к. клюет часто и сразу виден результат)
только тесто загустевало , как клев прекращался ( кстати после 2х 3х проводок после того как муть вымывается рыба тоже теряет интерес к наживке ! ) После доведения до нужной конститенции клев возобновлялся .
Ловил плотву , леща , красноперку , густеру , карася , линя ну уклейку есстественно . Интересно что даже 4 раза поймал окуня . Когда на водоеме тишина - это единственное спасение . УДАЧИ !!!!!!!!!

Сделать крутой замес (как для лапши).
Если манка мягкая, то можно намотать на поддев крючка нитку или воспользоваться крючком с пружинкой.
Так же в манку можно примешать немного распушённой ваты.

Правильная болтуха не слетает с крючка по нескольку часов без всякой ваты и пружинок. Качество зависит от качества манки: чем больше клейковины, тем лучше, но приходиться эксперементировать очень долго и самому съесть не одно ведро манной каши, пока отыщется пакет действительно качественной крупы. Не сочтите за рекламу, но Сабанеевская Супер болтушка - действительно супер! Как правильно размешать - на этикетке.

Первым делом долго варю картошину до рассыпчатого состояния. Потом колотушкой в "бульоне" давлю до получения однородной жидкой массы. Ставлю на газ и при слабом кипении ,постоянно помешивая, засыпаю манку до получения густой массы. После остывания , что бы в руках можно было держать, добавляю немного подсолнечного масла и так же немного жмыха или молотых жареных семян. И начинаю, как кистевым эспандером мять до появления однородного и густого теста. Добавляя по надобности сухой манки. Использую при ловле на донки(фидер). Насадка держится прочно.

Более простой способ:
Берется крышка от термоса, наливается четверть воды, засыпается потихоньку манка (так, чтобы полностью покрыла воду), немного размешивается (можно пропустить), на огонь ставится кастрюлька с водой (количество такое, чтобы крышка от термоса с манкой плавала), доводится до кипения и варится на медленном огне до нужной твердости. Далее манка легко вынимается из крышки, остужается и разминается с небольшим количеством подсолнечного масла. Разные добавки - на вашей совести...
Преимущество с вышеописанным способом: крышка от термоса легко моется, кастрюльку мыть вообще не надо - вылил воду, сполоснул..

существует болтушка уникормовская, уже ароматизированная, и даже крашенную видел(Красную), и баночка удобная для замешивания, с меркой для воды.
После замеса удобнее всего в шприц, размер его значения не имеет, но в маленьком быстро кончается, на крючок №20-22 думаю не имеет смысла ее наматывать, уш очень муторно, да и при ловле карася такой мелкий размер мне кажется неоправданным.

Обычно к рыбалке в выходные дни предшествует тщательная подготовка, от которой удовольствие получаешь не меньше, чем от рыбалки. Подготовка включает в себя несколько этапов: планирование – выбор водоёма; вида рыбы, которую собираешься ловить; выбор и подготовка соответствующих снастей; и наконец подготовка насадок, наживок, прикормки.
Но довольно часто случается ситуация, когда оказываешься недалеко от водоёма и у тебя есть пара свободных часов. И тут уж не до планирования и подготовки, нужно оперативно и эффективно использовать свободную минуту. Вот к таким ситуациям нужно быть готовым заблаговременно.
Из этих соображений у меня в багажнике автомобиля всегда лежит комплект для случайной непредвиденной рыбалки. Он включает в себя: маховую удочку и минимальный «зип»: поводки, пачка крючков, набор грузил, пара поплавков, кусачки и утконосы. Также необходима чистая тряпочка, вытирать руки и несколько полиэтиленовых пакетов под рыбу (ну очень больших, а вдруг не влезет). Возить с собою перловку невозможно - она быстро прокисает, а всякую живность - негигиенично. А на что же ловить? Есть решение и этой проблемы. В мой набор также входит баночка с мукой, баночка с манкой, пакетик ванильного сахара (кулинарная добавка для выпечки, бывает в отделах продажи специй) и два, три пакета с панировочными сухарями. В дополнение к прочему пяток одноразовых стаканчиков и пара одноразовых шприцов, кубов на десять - двадцать, непринципиально, плюс чайная ложечка. Все эти прибамбасы занимают места в багажнике, всего ничего, особенно если удочка короткого сложения. О спиннинге не говорю, это неотъемлемая часть экипировки автомобиля.
Для успешной рыбалки необходимо привадить рыбу и удерживать её на месте лова. С этой непростой задачей хорошо справляются панировочные сухари. В одноразовый стаканчик насыпаем две трети объема панировочных сухарей, плесканем из водоёма ладошкой воды и чайной ложечкой либо пальцем, кому как нравится, размешаем сверху одну треть от насыпанного объёма сухарей в не очень жидкую кашицу. Выбираем пальцами эту кашицу и бросаем её точно на поплавок. Опускаясь, жидкие сухари образуют обширное ароматическое облако, которое прекрасно приваживает рыбу. А для того, чтобы удержать рыбу в зоне лова, остальные сухари в стаканчике размешиваем чуть погуще и забрасываем в ту же точку. Густые комочки каши из сухарей ложатся на дно, создавая ароматическую подушку, и обеспечивают рыбе занятие по добыванию корма. Периодически, примерно раз в полчаса, подбрасывая густоватой кашки из сухарей, мы будем удерживать рыбу на месте лова. В случае, когда клёв ослабевает, подбросим более жидкой кашки для создания обширного ароматического «облака» и сбора рыбы с большей площади. В панировку нет необходимости добавлять ароматизаторы, поскольку панировочные сухари, выпускаемые нашими хлебозаводами содержат различные приправы. В связи с этим старайтесь избегать панировочных сухарей с резким запахом. Если удочка более пяти метров, то целесообразно сделать смесь сухарей с грунтом, примерно один к одному, для того, чтобы легче было забросить приваду на поплавок, ну и соответственно, на этом экономим сухари.
Тесто на крючок готовим из манки с небольшим добавлением муки. Наливаем воду из водоёма в одноразовый стаканчик, примерно грамм двадцать, и добавляем из пакетика ванильного сахара, одну треть чайной ложки, тщательно размешиваем, до полного растворения сахара. Мука и сахар увеличивают пластичность и липкость теста. Чтобы заправить десятикубовый шприц готовым тестом из манки, достаточно двух чайных ложек манки с горкой и пол чайной ложки муки. Для двух шприцов берём пять ложечек манки и ложечку муки, добавляем пять - шесть ложечек воды с растворённым в ней ванильным сахаром. Не спеша, размешиваем тесто и оставляем его минут на пять, чтобы влага впиталась в крупу. Дело в том, что когда мы соединяем манку с водой, получается «рассыпчатая» каша, и только после тщательного перемешивания, и выдерживания теста в течении пяти минут, манка «выпускает» клейковину, и тесто становится похожим на сваренную манную кашу, но более липкую и тягучую. Оценивая пластичность готового продукта, добавляем немного либо воды (фактически сиропа – растворённого ванильного сахара), либо манку, по необходимости и ещё раз тщательно перемешиваем. Заправляем, (запихиваем) ароматное тесто с помощью чайной ложечки, либо всасываем его в шприц, вставляем поршень и собственно приступаем к удовольствию.
Зацепив тесто за жало крючка, аккуратно выдавливаем его из шприца, слегка растягивая и одновременно наматывая его на крючок, в объёме с небольшую горошину (чем больше оборотов сделаем вокруг крючка, тем лучше тесто будет на нём держаться). В случае, когда рыба не активна, расшевелить её поможет дополнительная процедура. В отдельный стаканчик насыпаем панировочные сухари, пальцем делаем углубление в сухарях, куда опускаем намотанное на крючок тесто, встряхиваем стаканчик и слегка прижимаем пальцем засыпанное сухарями тесто с крючком. Сухари прилипают к тесту, и получается симпатичный колобок – то, что нужно нам и рыбе. Прилипшие сухари являются дополнительной привадой, и искушением для рыбы. Не бойтесь экспериментировать, обваливать тесто можно не только в панировочных сухарях, но и в молотых зёрнах злаковых культур, подсолнечника, льна, конопли, а также в сухой крови, сухом молоке, растёртых песочном печенье или брикете горохового супа. Обваливая тесто на крючке сухой кровью либо сухими аттрактантами для хищника, можно рассчитывать в улове не только на белую рыбу.
Тесто из манки готово и на крючке, забрасываем его в прикормленную точку, а дальше дело техники. Кстати о технике лова. Если в течение тридцати, сорока секунд не последовала поклёвка, аккуратно вынимаем из воды крючок с манкой и снова макаем его в сухари (по описанной выше схеме). Так повторяем до тех пор, пока не последует поклёвка или тесто не сойдёт с крючка. При слабом клёве есть ещё один классический приём, когда крючок с насадкой лежит на дне, активизировать поклёвку поможет лёгкая аккуратная подтяжка на два - пять сантиметров либо притормаживание снасти на течении. Особенно хорошо на этот приём откликаются плотва и карась. Но, как правило, весной и летом прибегать к этим дополнительным приёмам приходится не часто, тесто из манки настолько привлекательно и соблазнительно для рыбы, что улов вам гарантирован практически всегда. Предложенная схема очень эффективна и, как правило, улов превышает килограмм пойманной рыбы за час (по этому сильно не увлекайтесь, контролируйте себя, не забывайте о норме вылова, в сутки не более пяти килограмм на человека). В дополнении к вышесказанному хочу добавить, что тесто из манки прекрасно работает не только летом, но и во все остальные сезоны года. Зимой чтобы тесто в шприце не замерзало, я храню его в кармане брюк.
Но, к сожалению, у этой методики кроме достоинств есть и некоторые недостатки. Создавая ароматическое облако, вы привлекаете много мелкой рыбы, на которую зачастую не прочь поохотиться щука и окунь, распугивая тем самым вашу предполагаемую добычу (кстати, о спиннинге). Также, если поблизости есть мелкая уклейка или иная верховодка, это создаст вам дополнительные хлопоты. Но с этим можно бороться, если намотать большую “горошину” на крючок, либо увеличить грузик и, соответственно, поставить поплавок c большей грузоподъёмностью, чтобы насадка опускалась быстрее. Чтобы не заниматься алхимией на берегу, лучше возить с собой не отдельные ингредиенты, а готовую сухую смесь манки с мукой и ванильным сахаром в соотношении 5*1*0,5.

После профи тут как-то умные слова говорить неудобно.
Но попробую в алгоритмическом порядке изложить процесс, как я готовлю болтушку:

1. В неглубокий (чтобы "болтать" было удобно) стаканчик насыпаем столовую ложку с горкой манной крупы и заливаем крупу этой же столовой ложкой воды.
Слегка встряхиваем содержимое, чтобы по возможности вся манная крупа была "мокрой" (не было островков сухой манки).
Накрываем стакан чем-нибудь (я накрываю стеклянной пластинкой, но можно, например, куском картона) - это чтобы вода не испарялась.
Ставим накрытый стакан в холодильник часов на 7-8.

2. Через 8 часов достаем стаканчик из холодильника и с удивлением обнаруживаем в нем не манку, увлажненную водой, а какую-то стерку, резинку.
Эта субстанция тянется во все стороны, но какая-то жесткая.
Тем не менее, минуты 3 жамкаем, дырявим эту стерку черенком неглубокой чайной ложки. Пытаемся мешать "стерку".
Все это - без энтузиазма, чтобы мозоль раньше времени на руке не натереть.

3. Начинаем добавлять в заготовку болтушки воду. Малыми порциями. На кончике чайной ложки (той самой, что болтаем смесь).
Я первые порции воды добавляю в виде капель диаметром примерно 10 мм.
После каждого добавления воды - жамкание, а потом перемешивание болтушки в течение 3-х минут.
Уже после 1-3 акта добавления воды болтушка из "стерки" принимает всем знакомый нам вид.
Что самое интересное - она является уже болтушкой, но очень-очень густой! То есть с силой, но тянется!

4. Уменьшаем добавляемые порции воды. Я на средних и завершающих этапах изготовления болтушки добавляю капли размерами 5-7 мм.
После каждого акта добавления воды - перемешивание не менее 3-х минут.
Болтать надо всегда в одном направлении. По или против часовой стрелки - как вам удобнее, но всегда в одну сторону.

5. Как определить момент готовности болтушки?
Я обычно считаю болтушку готовой, когда она болтается с небольшим усилием и при проверке на готовность НЕ поднимается всем шмотком из стаканчика.
Еще один признак готовности - в болтушке при болтании начинают образовываться пузыри.
И перед закатыванием в шприц болтушку надо поболтать подольше - минут 5 после последнего акта добавления капли воды.

Вообще определить этап готовности болтушки - искусство, т.к. при таком способе приготовления она тянется и не рвется всегда!
Но если закатать в шприц (20 мл) слишком густую болтушку, то вы ее просто-напросто не выдавите из шприца!
Если закатать слишком жидкую, то она держаться на крючке плохо будет - будет стекать с него длинной соплей.
З.Ы. Я как-то сильно переборщил с водой (в процессе добавления капель) при таком способе изготовления болтушки. И получил при этом не "манную воду", а какие-то жидкие сопли. Стоило только дотронуться до такой "болтушки" и избавиться от соплей, тянущихся из нее, было невозможно - тянулись тонкие нитки длиной в метры! При попытке снять сопли другой рукой - липли к другой руке! В общем, только в умывальнике избавился от этого ужаса!

6. Закатываем болтушку в 20 мл шприц. Метод следующий - наматываем немного болтушки на черенок той самой чайной ложки и потихоньку заталкиваем ее в шприц, слегка вращая его при этом и слегка нажимая черенком ложки на болтушку.
Обычно шприц заполняется в 2-3 этапа.
Если после закатывания болтушки в шприц и установки поршня на место болтушка вытекает из кончика шприца, то немного подаем поршень шприца назад.
Этот же прием используем на рыбалке, чтобы после наматывания болтушки на крючок она не продолжала по инерции вытекать из шприца.
У меня обычно на 8 часовую рыбалку уходит 2 шприца по 20 мл болтушки. Ну это если карась клюет только на болтушку.

P.S. Наблюдения.
А. Если делать все по классике: столовая ложка с горкой манки + эта же ложка воды + настаивание в течение 1 часа, то лично у меня далеко не всегда получалась нормальная болтушка. Плохо тянулась... Да и болтать ее надо 1 час и даже больше.
В "моем" же способе болтушка сразу является "тянущейся" и не попасть в пропорции очень трудно, если только сильно постараться. И болтается она 20-40 минут. Не больше.
Б. Если, например, завтра еду на рыбалку, то сегодня утром перед работой засыпаю манку в стакан, заливаю ее водой и ставлю стакан в холодильник, а вечером после работы и ужина готовлю болтушку.
В. Никогда не ароматизирую болтушку при приготовлении. Лучше на водоеме пшикнуть дипом на уже намотанную на крючок болтушку. Или обвалять ее, на крючке, в сухом "Сенсасе". ИМХО.
Г. Для фидера стараюсь делать болтушку погуще, более вязкой. Правда, один раз я перестарался так, что не смог выдавить болтушку из шприца (см. выше).
Болтушка лучше держится на фидерном крючке, если ее намотать на пенопластинку.
Ну и лучший результат у меня показала болтушка на оснастках с кроткими (3-5 см) поводками из плетенки. На петлевых оснастках болтушку карась тоже брал, но хуже... ИМХО.
Д. Хорошо известно, что неиспользованную болтушку можно хранить в шприце в морозилке. Только после размораживания она становится более жидкой, чем была изначально.

Впорос. А как долго неиспользованная болтушка может храниться в холодильнике при температурах +1..+3 градуса? Никто не проверял?
Уж больно не охота хранить ее в морозилке.. И не охота, чтобы она протухла в холодильнике...
Сутки-двое выдержит в холодильнике, если ее перед рыбалкой сделать немного заранее?

Один товарищ когда - то писал, что в манку не добавляй всё равно испортишь, потом он забыл это видно))). Рецепт нежной болтушки, которая хорошо нравится карасям и другим представителям: Насыпаем в небольшую пиалу немного манки, берём печенье топлёное молоко ( где - то на глаз пол печенья ) и нежно пальчиками давим ( рассыпается отлично ), далее добавляем водички и замешиваем болтушку до тянучей консистенции. Болтушка получается замечательная и пахнет мороженным. Можно ещё добавить туда чуть ванильного сахара при замешивании, получается как - бы двойной микст, а караси просто балдеют.
