- насадки –бОльшим преимуществом обладают комбинированные (если речь идёт о поимке крупной рыбы)
Не удивляйтесь «громадности» применяемых мною крючков. Всё зависит от вида применяемой насадки и размера рыбы.

Тёплое время.
Снасти – мах или штекер или матч. Поводки – 0,1 – 0,12. Крючки - № 10 и № 8. Насадки – опарыш, кукуруза, турецкий лаваш ( и дипы ).
Закормил. Пошла «жара». Поводок – 0,1, крючок - №10. В начале «мелочь» - плотва – 200 – 300гр, подлещ – 600 – 800гр. Очередная поклёвка – сход, за ним другой. Замена поводка с крючком. Поводок – 0,12, крючок - № 8. Поклёвка – лещ под двушку, за ним другой – за двушку. И так в течении получаса - часа. Затем опять «мелочь». Замена поводка...
Насадки:
- 2 опарыша + 1 кукурузина, 2 опарыша + лаваш (верхняя корочка) – крючок № 10
- тоже, но ещё и 2 опарыша + 1 кукурузина + лаваш – крючок № 8
А теперь попробуйте насадить это на крюк № 18 – 20.
Не стоит бояться больших размеров крючков. Они не помеха, а иногда помощь. Разве что Вы применяете в виде насадки пару мотылей. Тогда уж № 8 – правда великоват, по сравнению с размером пойманной рыбы.

Холодное время.
Снасти – пикер или фидер. Поводки – 0,1 – 0,12. Крючки - № 10 и № 12.
Насадки – опарыш, кастер, лаваш, плавленный сырок (и дипы).

На водоёмах, где я точно знаю, что крупная рыба ( от 1,5кг и больше) попадается редко – ставлю крючок № 12. Там, где поимка крупняка не является редкостью – крючок № 10.
Крючки № 10 для донной ловли считаю наиболее универсальными.

Одеваем пару опарышей (пучёк мотыля), окунаем в дип, добавляем кукурузу, лаваш, сырок или ещё что-нибудь и вперёд.
