Давайте на секуду вернемся в золотое детство... Страсть к рыбалке у Вас уже есть, и Вас приглашают в секцию (кружок), где тренеры - действующие опытные рыболовы. Более того, у Вас есть шанс собственноручно выбрать чему Вы хотели бы там научиться.
Со скольких лет Вы бы хотели начать? Что учителя должны сделать для того, чтобы кроме рыбалки Вы заинтересовались спортом?

Да мне и сайта хватило бы.
Если говоритьо детях, то они вообзще ничего не отят. вернее они хотят всего, а еще вернее - они сами не знают чего хотят.
Детям надо показывать и рассказывать про дороги - это все что мы можем сделать. А по какой из них идти - они выберут сами.
Соответственно, надо давать азы. Побольше природоведения, побольше идеологии отношения к природе, к живому. Из непосредственно рыболовного - основы: насадка, прикормка, поплавочная оснастка, основные объекты ловли.

Я согласен с Виктором. Если основной вектор - это спорт, то надо давать всю базу и азы, которые есть и возможно собрать. Именно отсутствие азов и "калейдоскопичность" знаний мешает(ослабляет) многим продвинутым любителям.
Ну и позиция преподавателей по основным вопросам должна быть согласованной. Нельзя на уроке арифметики в первом классе делать оговорок, что 2+2 в некоторых случаях далеко не 4.

Основная проблема - идеология.
Как объяснить ребенку, например, что рыбу нужно отпускать - если в обществе нет единства по этому вопросу? На что ориентироваться? На нормы которых нет? На практику в нарушение закона? На личное мнение преподавателя - с детьми такое недопустимо.
Или "цели рыбалки" - они какие? Как это объяснить ребенку?
Браконьерство. Как объяснить ребенку что его отец и брат с сеточкой - браконьеры?
Про спорт вообще заикаться нельзя. В собственно "спортишколу" нужно отбирать наиболее толковых и персепктивных по итогам общей подготовки

При этом нельзя ребенку рассказывать про экстратор не разъянив вопросов с отпусканием рыбы - не поймет, или поймет по-своему. Например, как "бредовый зарубежный опыт эстетов"
Применительно к детям главное - заложить основы бережного отношения к природе, понимания природы пусть и в водно-рыболовной ее части. И только на этой базе выстраивать все остальное.

Воспитание и обучение - это не потакание прихотям и интересам, не дешевый популизм, Юра.
Воспитание и обучение - это поэтапное и неуклонное информирование, разъяснение, формирование правильного видения (только не спрашивайте меня о критериях "правильности") и развитие навыков.
Форму и методику нужно делать такой, чтобы то, что должно быть сказано - было воспринято и понято. Нельзя программу кроить под сиюминутные интересы детей.
Есть очень старая раритетная книга О.Соболева "Глядя на поплавок".
Там очень подробна расписана вся методика подготовки спортсмена - от и до. Сколько часов на что, начиная от охраны природы и вопросов безопасности, заканчивая ловлей на дальник. Если речь о том, как строить программу обучения в детской секции - это можно взять за основу.

Достаточно ограничится секцией в Центре по организации досуга детей и подростков.
Камрады, говорите вы все правильно, только для всего ,что вы наметили, надо времени сопоставимое со школьным курсом обучения.А в секцию, в лучшем случае, у вас будут приходить на 2-3 часа пару раз в неделю.

Только такими большими шагами вы к следующему сезону подготовите уже ребят правильно понимающих и готовых к ловле.А если вы будете долго рассказывать как хорошь поплавок в предрассетном тумане, толку будет мало.

согласен с Александром к нам на пруд приходят участники 8-9 лет и их не мало, но и Юрий прав учить их еще по моему рано с ними нужно играть в рыбалку.

Лично мне в возрасте 9-10 лет хотелось бы больше ловить чем слушать. Практика плюс игра-соревнование "Кто больше поймает?" В перерывах между практикой немножко разговоров о различных видах рыбалки не помешает, вот сюда и наверное можно вставить немного теории о видах монтажей различных снастей.
А вот каким рыболовом станет ребенок зависит, опять же мое мнение, от того на какую снасть он поймает свою Рыбу спининг, поплавок, фидер.
Но уже то что маститые спортсмены стали задумываться о подрастающем поколении уже большой шаг.

Нашей детской секции уже 2 года.
Начали с 13-ти летних мальчишек.
Страшно вспоминать,но они даже шнурки на ботинках завязывали с трудом,потому что обувь у них вся была без шнурков.:p
Так вот моё твёрдое убеждение в том что МЫ не можем учить более младшие возраста если не имеем педагогического образования.
И очень важный момент в секции.НЕ ЗАБЫВАЙТЕ ЧТО ЭТО ЧУЖИЕ ДЕТИ.ВАМ НУЖНА ДОВЕРЕННОСТЬ ОТ РОДИТЕЛЕЙ.ВЫ БУДЕТЕ ВЫЕЗЖАТЬ НА ВОДОЁМ И ВАС МОГУТ ОСТАНОВИТЬ ЗАДАВ РЕЗОННЫЙ ВОПРОС НЕ ЗАНИМАЕТЕСЬ ЛИ ВЫ КИДНЭПИНГОМ.

Первый результативный выезд на мой взгляд крайне нужен!!! Прочитать коротенькую лекцию о хрупкости удилищ, и вперёд!!! :)
А потом уже читать лекции... рекомендовать к просмотру фильмы... учиться вязать оснастки на практических занятиях и т.д....
Что от меня зависит - я готов...(если работать не буду... а то график посменный... и выходные не всегда свободны.)

Мне кажется, что надо объявить набор учителей-волонтеров в такую секцию. Если бы такая была в Минске, то обязательно бы подписался на 1 занятие в месяц.
Административные вопросы, бюджетные нельзя решить на уровне "залетных энтузиастов". А вот привлечь на добровольной основе группу сильных спортсменов для преподавания по "скользящему графику" - более чем уверен, что это возможно.

Сложно предугадать, какое кол-во учеников заинтересует наше приглашение в секцию. Мне кажется, оптимальный состав группы - 7-8 человек. У каждой группы свой тренер.

Вы вот тут обсуждаете, а у самих детей спрашивать не пробовали? Ребенок, который рыбалкой увлекается уже точно имеет какие-то базовые навыки и некоторый запас снастей (не чемодан для соревнований мирового уровня конечно...). Они уже сами должны выбирать чему они хотят учится, а чему пока нет. Если ребенок действительно увлечен, то он после освоение какой-либо снасти, вероятней всего захочет освоить другую (По себе знаю). Если создавать такую школу, то там должно быть несколько "факультетов" ну или называйте как хотите, что бы дети могли осваивать разные снасти и ездить на соревнования по разным видам ловли, а не так что-бы собрались 20 детей их ничему не учат, а просто по соревнованиям гоняют. Я конечно понимаю что тяжело такое создать, но попробовать нужно.
